Service Description

This is a 1 hour visit that allows us the time to talk about concerns, answer questions. *if needed administer treatments and perform diagnostics.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please allow 24 hours notice. If an appointment is missed and there was no attempt to reschedule prior to 24 hours, refund will not be issued for the deposit. A minimum deposit of 100$ is needed for all at home visits and 35$ for all tele-health visits.
