Service Description

At this visit we navigate the discussion regarding mobility, comfort, hygiene, happiness and other criteria for a quality life. We will talk about the big question of "when is it time to say goodbye"? so that we can better plan the end of life services as well as to avoid needless suffering.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please allow 24 hours notice. If an appointment is missed and there was no attempt to reschedule prior to 24 hours, refund will not be issued for the deposit. A minimum deposit of 100$ is needed for all at home visits and 35$ for all tele-health visits.
